Serendipity

Joshua Bennett is a hero of mine. As one who loves poetry, and especially the sort that actually makes the hair rise on the back of one’s neck, he is in my opinion an incredibly talented man. The intonation of his poetry brings it to life, but just to read it is an experience in itself. The fact that he is very dapper is very much secondary to this, but is something to note nonetheless. I adore the way he throws in pieces of trivia into this piece, I imagine him as the sort of guy who can make you laugh as well as cry, the guy that notices the small things, the guy that is fascinated by the most obscure facts who can always entertain.
